Can not recommend these people enough.

Myself and my whole family were blown away by the level of care, time & patience Julie and Rachel provided for our mum this weekend.

We were so nervous about planning our mum a trip to scarborough after being in hospital for 3 years. Her needs are so high and she doesn’t deal with change very well but the minute these two ladies arrived, all our worries disappeared.

They are true professionals that put their patients needs and safety above all else.

They are 100% reliable and even when things didn’t go to plan for us they were there in a matter of minutes with a resolution to our problem.

What could have been a very tricky experience for mum (and ourselves) turned out to be the best time she’s had in years thanks to the help of these two ladies.

They have laughed together all weekend and Mum even cried when she had to say goodbye.

We would without a doubt use JLCare again for future trips and feel so grateful for everything they did.

It was amazing to come across 2 people who truly care and put great effort into the happiness and well being of our beautiful cherished mum.
